Alternative Methods for Vegetation Control at the ARRC: Evaluation & Implementation
Information concerning the Alaska Railroad Corporation's use of alternative methods.
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation is responsible for developing and issuing a permit. As part of that process, public comment is actively solicited. ADEC has the authority to require public hearings in addition to written public comment periods.
To be considered, written comments must be submitted to the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) Pesticide Program at the address noted below, and must be received on or before September 15, 2009.
