* Events going beyond 10 hours may be charged $100 per each additional hour. "Evening Events" are any event where main activity occurs later than 5 p.m. Set-up for evening events may occur prior to 5 p.m.
**Sheffield Depot: Banquet tables/chairs, as well as facility set-up and clean-up provided with depot rental. (Sheffield Depot, only)
Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is required no later than 14 days prior to the event. This deposit shall be refunded once it has been determined that the facility was left in reasonable condition with no damage to Railroad property.
Insurance: Insurance is required for all events held on Alaska Railroad property and may be obtained through most insurance agencies. Insurance requirements are:
The Alaska Railroad Corporation must be listed as an "additional insured" on the policy and proof of insurance must be provide no later than 14 days prior to your event.
