BOARD MEETING & BOARD COMMITTEE MEETING
The Alaska Railroad Corporation will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Directors as follows:

- Location: Alaska Railroad Headquarters Building

Public comments will be heard and copies of the Agenda will be available.

The Alaska Railroad Corporation, an independent, public corporation of the State of Alaska, announces that its Board of Directors will hold meetings of the following Board committees on Friday, January 15, 2010:
- Safety Committee
- Transportation Committee
- Real Estate Committee
- Audit Committee
- Capital Projects Committee
- Executive Committee
The meetings will occur as follows:

The public is invited to attend the meetings but should be aware that portions of the meetings may be held in executive session. Committee meetings do not provide for public testimony. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who attend the meetings.
Copies of the agendas will be available. Agenda times may vary and the Chair may rearrange the order of agenda items or the order in which the committees meet.
